UX Research

Glossier.com Project

In a UX Research course, my team and I chose to research Glossier.com and their products, to identify ways to improve their product usability towards their target audience.

​

After establishing a research plan, we developed lo-fi persona prototypes using empathy and internet data. We then launched 9 sets of surveys and contextual inquiries in order to solidify our personas and gain feedback. 

​

With our data, we were able to identify key needs for Glossier's audiences. Some of these needs were 'Authentic Product Information Availability' and 'User Friendly Shopping Experience'. This may seem like obvious desires, but with solid data to back it up, we determined it's imperative that these elements are prioritized.
